Requirements
- Active independent clinical licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LMHC) in PA.
- Ability to conduct thorough biopsychosocial intakes.
- Experience with diagnostic assessments and treatment planning.
- Adept at treating a diverse cohort of students.
- Ability to identify and manage escalating risk scenarios.
- Access to a laptop/desktop with a quality video camera and stable internet.
- Minimum of 8 hours per week availability, including 4 hours of evening availability (after 5 PM local time).
Responsibilities
- Deliver virtual therapy using evidence-based interventions like CBT, MI, ACT, or DBT.
- Utilize collaboration portal to support students.
- Work closely with campus treatment providers, supervisors, and peers.
- Maintain timely and precise records of clinical interactions.
- Partner with administrative support team.
- Collaborate with leadership during critical scenarios.
- Participate in monthly therapy training and all-hands meetings.
