  • Direct experience selling lead generation services (outsourced SDRs, appointment setting)
  • Direct experience selling marketing services (paid ads, SEO, social)
  • Verifiable record of scaling sales-team performance and hitting revenue targets
  • Experience managing reps across multiple, distinct client accounts
  • Skill building playbooks and forecasting from scratch
  • Ability to personally close complex deals

Responsibilities

  • Hire, train, coach, and manage full-cycle reps
  • Build and refine sales playbooks, scripts, and outreach sequences
  • Run weekly pipeline reviews and own forecasting
  • Report performance against targets
  • Act as a hands-on closer on key strategic accounts
  • Set individual and team quotas
  • Structure compensation plans
  • Coordinate with client-services and operations for handovers
