Requirements
- Programme management experience in a financial services environment.
- Experience leading teams (preferably Risk and Control teams) through change programmes.
- Experience in implementation of Risk and Control systems and processes.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, sometimes unstructured environment.
- Comfort building and writing AI prompts to solve control problems.
- Technology and data-first mindset.
- Hands-on approach to supporting colleagues and projects.
- Excellent stakeholder management and partnership building skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Control Discipline data and technology strategy and roadmap.
- Design and deliver a scalable service model for a global organisation.
- Partner with Data and Engineering to translate risk needs into technology requirements.
- Implement automated monitoring and alerting for real-time risk management.
- Evolve Risk & Control application strategy for simplification and automation.
- Champion AI in risk management, including PoCs and building business cases.
- Own the transformation programme roadmap, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
- Instill a technology and data-led culture within the Control Discipline.
