Requirements

  • 7+ years of B2B event marketing experience, ideally in enterprise SaaS or technology.
  • Proven track record connecting event activity to pipeline and revenue.
  • Experience managing both the operational and marketing sides of events.
  • Strong grasp of demand generation principles: ABM, segmentation, lead scoring.
  • Excellent project management instincts.
  • Skilled communicator able to align stakeholders.
  • Experience with Salesforce for campaign setup, lead capture, and attribution reporting.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms.
  • AI fluency: active use of AI tools and agents in day-to-day work.
  • Comfortable with regular travel for on-site event execution (up to 25%).

Responsibilities

  • Own the pipeline contribution strategy for every assigned event.
  • Design event programs with a clear path to sourced pipeline.
  • Track and report on SAOs sourced, pipeline influenced, and deals accelerated.
  • Manage end-to-end project management for assigned events, including agencies, budgets, and logistics.
  • Serve as the on-site lead for event execution.
  • Develop the full event marketing plan, including channel mix and success metrics.
  • Drive alignment across Sales, CS, Partnerships, Design, Content, and MOPs.
  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate planning, research, and execution.
