Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and efficiency
- Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and policies
- Resolve issues and complaints promptly while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Process orders, manage accounts, and handle billing or service requests
- Identify customer needs and recommend relevant products or services to generate sales
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM systems
