Requirements
- English language - B2+; Russian/Ukrainian language - C1+.
- Confident proficiency in core engineering software AutoCAD 2D, Solidworks 3D or similar.
- Higher technical education (Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a relevant engineering degree).
- 2–3+ years of experience working as a project engineer.
- Strong background working with task management systems and time-tracking software.
- Experience in developing internal onboarding/training materials to optimize department workflows.
- Ability to analyze and optimize design solutions in terms of cost, time, and resources.
- Ability to work independently and make firm technical decisions.
- Proven experience interacting with cross-functional departments.
Responsibilities
- Daily review of active projects in ClickUp, distributing workloads, monitoring task execution, and tracking strict project deadlines.
- Controlling drawing quality, checking project documentation, and ensuring compliance before final delivery.
- Mentoring project engineers on complex/non-standard projects, participating in node development, and leading daily/weekly team syncs.
- Customizing and maintaining workspaces in Slack/ClickUp, building internal document templates, and updating working groups.
- Preparing weekly and monthly progress and efficiency reports of the department for the Head of Engineering.
- Working with measurements, sketches, and diagrams (Imperial system) USA.
