Requirements
- BS degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum five to seven years industrial sales and marketing experience in a B2B environment.
- Solid proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Knowledge of SAP R/3 sales module desired.
- Proven leadership abilities, organization, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a teamwork-fostered environment.
- Familiarity with Market Intelligence Tools such as CRM and CCM.
- Willingness to travel 50% of the time, domestically and internationally.
Responsibilities
- Develop and ensure the success of Sales and Marketing strategies for high-performance materials within the USA and Canada.
- Provide commercial management to customers relating to price, terms, evaluation, and delivery.
- Educate customers on materials, capabilities, and technical expertise.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop solutions for current and prospective customers.
- Oversee audit of customer consignment inventories.
- Care for key accounts and support employees in sales negotiations.
- Maintain Customer Competitor Matrix and provide data for annual planning.
- Increase current customer base and promote technical capabilities.
- Participate in industry trades shows and visit international facilities as required.
