Requirements

- Demonstrated experience leading product strategy, commercialization, brand management, or launch initiatives within biotech, pharmaceutical, or healthcare environments
- Strong ability to synthesize scientific, customer, and market insights into strategic plans
- Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders in matrixed environments
- Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and presentation skills
- Strong project leadership and organizational skills

Responsibilities
- Lead development and execution of integrated product and commercialization strategies aligned to corporate and portfolio objectives
- Drive cross-functional alignment across Commercial, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory, Clinical, and Corporate Communications teams
- Translate scientific and clinical data into differentiated product positioning, messaging, and customer engagement strategies
- Partner with market research and analytics teams to generate actionable insights
- Lead development of disease education, promotional, and non-promotional initiatives
- Identify strategic risks, gaps, and opportunities proactively
- Manage complex initiatives across multiple stakeholders
- Contribute to long-range planning, portfolio strategy discussions, and commercialization readiness activities
