Responsibilities

  • Lead development and execution of integrated product and commercialization strategies aligned to corporate and portfolio objectives
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across Commercial, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory, Clinical, and Corporate Communications teams
  • Translate scientific and clinical data into differentiated product positioning, messaging, and customer engagement strategies
  • Partner with market research and analytics teams to generate actionable insights
  • Lead development of disease education, promotional, and non-promotional initiatives
  • Identify strategic risks, gaps, and opportunities proactively
  • Manage complex initiatives across multiple stakeholders
  • Contribute to long-range planning, portfolio strategy discussions, and commercialization readiness activities
