Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 2–5 years of full-cycle sales experience, preferably in SaaS.
  • At least 1 year as a top-performing representative consistently exceeding quota.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting and surpassing revenue targets.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to conduct discovery and identify customer pain points.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM.
  • Familiarity with sales engagement tools like Highspot, Consensus, Outreach, or Salesloft.
  • Comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment with clear KPIs.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business and expand existing accounts within an assigned territory.
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close.
  • Manage daily and weekly activity metrics including call blocks and outreach cadence.
  • Maintain accurate and consistent sales forecasts.
  • Execute structured prospecting strategies, including outbound outreach and lead follow-up.
  • Conduct virtual discovery calls, product demonstrations, and tailored presentations.
  • Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Build and execute a strategic territory plan for target accounts.
  • Partner cross-functionally with marketing, customer success, and product teams.
