Requirements
- 3+ years of B2B closing experience.
- Demonstrated track record of earning $125,000+ total compensation in a previous role.
- Experience selling professional services to SMB or mid-market buyers.
- Hands-on experience running paid media campaigns (Meta preferred).
- Strong working knowledge of direct response and digital marketing.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Based in the United States and available during standard business hours.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle including discovery calls, pitch presentations, and contract negotiations.
- Operate and optimize internal Meta advertising campaigns.
- Develop and execute broader marketing strategy, including content and brand positioning.
- Build and maintain a sales playbook, objection library, and follow-up sequences.
- Create marketing assets including ads, landing pages, and case studies.
- Report and track deal pipeline using CRM tools.
- Collaborate directly with the CEO and founding team.
