Requirements
- 3+ years of B2B closing experience
- Proven track record of $125,000+ total compensation
- Experience selling professional services with a 2-6 week sales cycle
- Experience selling to SMB or mid-market buyers
- Hands-on experience running paid media campaigns, specifically Meta
- Working knowledge of direct response and digital marketing
- Proficiency with CRM platforms, HubSpot preferred
- Ability to act as a sole contributor across sales and marketing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Available during standard U.S. business hours
Responsibilities
- Conduct introductory and discovery calls with inbound prospects
- Run strategy and pitch presentations
- Manage full sales pipeline from first touch to close
- Handle objections, follow-ups, proposals, and contract negotiations
- Build and maintain a sales playbook, objection library, and follow-up sequences
- Operate internal Meta advertising campaigns
- Develop and execute broader marketing strategy including content and brand positioning
- Create marketing assets such as ads, landing pages, and case studies
