Requirements
- 3+ years of B2B closing experience
- Track record of earning $125,000 or more in total compensation
- Experience selling professional services to SMB or mid-market buyers
- Experience with 2-6 week sales cycles
- Hands-on experience running paid media campaigns (Meta preferred)
- Strong working knowledge of direct response and digital marketing
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred)
- Ability to operate as a sole contributor
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Based in the United States and available during standard business hours
Responsibilities
- Conduct introductory and discovery calls with inbound prospects
- Run strategy and pitch presentations
- Manage full sales pipeline from first touch to close
- Handle objections, follow-ups, proposals, and contract negotiations
- Build and maintain a sales playbook, objection library, and follow-up sequences
- Own and operate internal Meta advertising campaigns
- Develop and execute broader marketing strategy (content, brand positioning, demand generation)
- Create or direct marketing assets including ads, landing pages, case studies, and social content
