Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in visual design, brand design, marketing design, graphic design, or creative production.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating brand systems, polished visual craft, or marketing asset development.
- Proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, Illustrator, Photoshop, or InDesign.
- Experience with typography systems, brand guideline development, or accessibility review.
- Ability to read and prepare design artifacts such as audit reports, asset specs, and QA notes.
- Strong written communication skills and ability to explain visual design reasoning clearly.
- Ability to follow structured instructions and produce evidence-based work.
- Degree in graphic design, visual communication, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Responsibilities
- Review visual design scenarios involving brand guidelines, color systems, typography rules, spacing standards, logo usage, and layout requirements.
- Evaluate design assets against defined brand systems, visual standards, and documented guideline requirements.
- Support structured review of brand applications, marketing assets, visual consistency, and system adherence.
- Identify missing elements, inconsistent usage, accessibility concerns, and expected brand compliance outcomes.
- Review asset production scenarios involving dimensions, file formats, export settings, naming conventions, and delivery requirements.
- Support structured review of Figma files, Adobe Creative Cloud outputs, design specs, and production-ready assets.
- Review design scenarios involving WCAG AA contrast, font-size minimums, export specs, and accessibility annotations.
