Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a product designer, UX designer, or related professional
- Experience working on shipped SaaS, consumer, or enterprise product flows
- Strong portfolio demonstrating shipped product flows and UX documentation
- Advanced proficiency with Figma, including auto-layout, variables, and components
- Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards and inclusive design
- Experience with design system development and component libraries
- Ability to prepare or review annotated specs and engineering handoff materials
- Strong written communication skills for explaining design reasoning
Responsibilities
- Review product design scenarios involving user flows, interface states, and error states
- Evaluate flow completeness against requirements and product constraints
- Review design system usage including components, tokens, and variables
- Prepare clear written explanations for design consistency decisions
- Review product design handoff materials and implementation guidance
- Evaluate handoff documentation against engineering-readiness criteria
- Support structured review of WCAG-related annotations and prototype notes
