- Portfolio demonstrating strong brand execution and enterprise sales storytelling
- Proven ability to build narrative arcs for sophisticated buyers
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud
- Expertise in Braze
- Expertise in Canva
- Expertise in Figma
- Expertise in HubSpot
- Proficiency in PowerPoint presentation design
- Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and layout principles
- Strategic partnership skills with Marketing, Sales, and Growth Leadership
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant design discipline or equivalent work experience
Responsibilities
- Advance and steward Pager Health’s visual brand identity across marketing and sales channels
- Create high-impact visual narratives for digital marketing, executive presentations, sales enablement materials, social media, thought leadership, video/motion, and web
- Partner with Marketing and Sales to refine messaging and architect persuasive presentation stories for buyers and RFP responses
- Translate complex and data-heavy healthcare and AI concepts into clear, compelling visuals
- Develop scalable templates, visual systems, and storytelling frameworks
- Manage the design and media library, maintaining quality control and version integrity
- Support Growth and executive leadership with polished, data-driven presentations
- Provide graphic design support for member engagement, including client-branded assets
- Introduce modern design approaches and leverage emerging tools to increase efficiency
