Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment operations or talent acquisition
- Experience hiring technical roles across SEA (advantage)
- Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools
- Proficiency in Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong proficiency in data management, reporting, and analysis
- Advanced skills in Excel
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written English
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end talent acquisition process
- Proactively source candidates via job boards, social media, and industry events
- Conduct qualifying phone screens and interviews
- Partner with hiring managers to clarify talent needs
- Provide market insights and recommendations
- Manage candidate experience and communication
- Extend job offers and negotiate compensation
- Collaborate with tertiary institutions for pipelining
- Maintain accurate records in ATS
