Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment operations or talent acquisition
  • Experience hiring technical roles across SEA (advantage)
  • Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools
  • Proficiency in Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Strong proficiency in data management, reporting, and analysis
  • Advanced skills in Excel
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written English

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end talent acquisition process
  • Proactively source candidates via job boards, social media, and industry events
  • Conduct qualifying phone screens and interviews
  • Partner with hiring managers to clarify talent needs
  • Provide market insights and recommendations
  • Manage candidate experience and communication
  • Extend job offers and negotiate compensation
  • Collaborate with tertiary institutions for pipelining
  • Maintain accurate records in ATS
