Requirements
- 8+ years of enterprise new-business sales experience in B2B technology or industrial solutions.
- Experience in warehouse robotics automation, logistics, or supply chain.
- Experience selling AMR/ASRS/automation or software-enabled industrial solutions.
- Existing relationships in 3PL, retail/e-commerce, and healthcare in the DACH region.
- Familiarity with RaaS models and multi-site rollout playbooks.
- Proven history of quota attainment and closing six-figure deals.
- Skilled in solution and value-based selling and TCO analysis.
- Proficient in CRM platforms like Salesforce.
- Valid passport and driver's license.
- High travel readiness across EMEA (40–60%).
- Native/fluent German and proficient English.
Responsibilities
- Implement strategic plans and maximize market opportunities.
- Define ideal customer profile and drive go-to-market plans.
- Advance high-quality pipeline through outbound outreach.
- Lead complex enterprise sales cycles and orchestrate cross-functional engagement.
- Negotiate RaaS terms and multi-year agreements.
- Develop joint account plans with system integrators and 3PLs.
- Deliver accurate forecasts using MEDDICC or BANT methodologies.
- Coordinate executive engagement and site visits.
- Partner with Solutions Engineering and Customer Success teams.
