Requirements
- Significant experience in product management, including senior leadership roles
- Experience in building, scaling, or transforming complex product ecosystems
- Strong understanding of hardware, IoT, and connected devices
- Experience with software platforms and cloud environments
- Experience with data platforms or digital ecosystems
- Experience owning end-to-end product portfolios from discovery through scaling and maturity
- Excellent communication and cross-functional stakeholder management skills
- Strong strategic thinking and data-driven approach
Responsibilities
- Develop and communicate a compelling long-term product vision and narrative
- Define and lead a cohesive product strategy across hardware, software, and IoT-enabled solutions
- Drive prioritisation across competing demands
- Manage strategic partnerships with external partners
- Connect product decisions to commercial outcomes
- Partner closely with commercial teams to define value propositions and monetisation strategies
- Ensure seamless integration between physical containers, IoT infrastructure, and digital platforms
- Lead and develop a team of Product Managers and Product Owners
