Requirements
- 8–12+ years of product management experience in fintech, payments, embedded finance, or e-commerce.
- Proven experience delivering complex, cross-functional Fintech products from concept to launch.
- Experience with digital wallets, card issuing, payouts, or BaaS platforms.
- Strong technical fluency and comfort working closely with engineering teams and APIs.
- Ability to translate ambiguous problems into structured product requirements and execution plans.
- Strong project management and execution skills, including managing timelines and dependencies.
- Strong proficiency with the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence) to manage backlogs and documentation.
- Data-informed mindset with the ability to use metrics to guide decisions.
- Collaborative, humble, and solutions-oriented approach to problem solving.
- Proactive, hands-on attitude with a bias toward ownership and execution.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and maintaining momentum as priorities evolve.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the Money Account product strategy and roadmap in alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
- Identify opportunities to expand wallet, issuing, payouts, and related financial capabilities.
- Translate product strategy into clear, high-quality PRDs that provide context, rationale, and actionable requirements.
- Manage scope, priorities, and delivery for engineering teams using Jira and Confluence.
- Drive features from ideation through build, testing, launch readiness, and post-launch iteration.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across engineering, design, compliance, legal, finance, and marketing.
- Work with external partners such as wallet providers, issuing banks, BaaS platforms, and card networks.
- Define and monitor key product metrics to guide decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.
