Requirements
- 3–10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Consulting, Executive Search, or Staffing.
- Prior experience hiring for Engineering, Manufacturing, Aerospace, Defence, Electronics, Electrical, Robotics, Automation, Industrial, or Technology sectors is preferred.
- Strong sourcing and headhunting capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on delivery excellence.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a high-performing team.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment assignments across Engineering and Leadership positions.
- Source and identify high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, databases, and market mapping.
- Conduct candidate screening and preliminary assessments.
- Coordinate candidate interactions throughout the hiring process.
- Build talent pipelines for niche and leadership roles.
- Maintain strong candidate relationships and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
- Collaborate closely with delivery managers and account teams to achieve successful closures.
- Contribute to market intelligence and talent mapping initiatives.
