Requirements

  • 3–10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Consulting, Executive Search, or Staffing.
  • Prior experience hiring for Engineering, Manufacturing, Aerospace, Defence, Electronics, Electrical, Robotics, Automation, Industrial, or Technology sectors is preferred.
  • Strong sourcing and headhunting capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on delivery excellence.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment assignments across Engineering and Leadership positions.
  • Source and identify high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, databases, and market mapping.
  • Conduct candidate screening and preliminary assessments.
  • Coordinate candidate interactions throughout the hiring process.
  • Build talent pipelines for niche and leadership roles.
  • Maintain strong candidate relationships and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Collaborate closely with delivery managers and account teams to achieve successful closures.
  • Contribute to market intelligence and talent mapping initiatives.
