Requirements

  • 7–10 years of experience in customer success, account management, or solution consulting within SaaS, learning technologies, or enterprise software environments.
  • Strong understanding of customer engagement, learning management systems (LMS), or L&D program administration is highly preferred.
  • Technical aptitude with ability to understand APIs, integrations, and platform architecture at a functional level.
  • Proven experience in managing enterprise client relationships and driving adoption, renewals, and expansion.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior leadership.
  • Ability to translate complex technical and functional concepts into clear business value.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow relationships with enterprise customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and long-term engagement.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, understanding customer learning and development goals and aligning platform capabilities accordingly.
  • Support product adoption by guiding clients through implementation, onboarding, and ongoing usage optimization.
  • Deliver strategic business reviews, product demonstrations, training sessions, and best-practice workshops.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to support integrations, API use cases, and platform troubleshooting.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities by understanding customer needs and maturity levels.
  • Gather customer feedback and work with internal teams to improve product features and user experience.
  • Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while ensuring timely communication and issue resolution.
