Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BE) with an MBA preferred.
- 10–12 years of experience in the elevator, construction, or industrial equipment industry.
- Strong expertise in key account management, sales, and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage high-value, complex customer accounts with confidence.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in revenue growth and contract management.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proactive, result-oriented mindset with strong ownership and execution focus.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow key accounts by retaining and expanding major customers within the assigned region.
- Drive share of wallet initiatives and identify opportunities to increase revenue from existing clients.
- Lead CRM activities, customer engagement programs, and relationship-building initiatives for strategic accounts.
- Coordinate with zonal sales and cross-functional teams to support bookings, proposals, and account growth strategies.
- Conduct client meetings, joint site visits, and support customers during the sales and execution lifecycle.
- Handle quotations, negotiations, and contract discussions to ensure competitive positioning in the market.
- Manage customer complaints, ensure timely resolution, and maintain structured reporting to leadership.
- Monitor payments and ensure timely collections in line with agreed commercial terms.
- Track competitor activity and support product benchmarking within key accounts.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and support structured review meetings.
