Responsibilities
- Assist senior Account Manager during training period
- Source candidates using Weekday's database product
- Participate in shadow weekly check-in calls with founders
- Manage independent portfolio of client companies
- Lead check-in calls with client company founders and hiring managers
- Perform full-cycle sourcing for client roles
- Resolve blockers for candidates in the interview pipeline
- Manage revenue generation for assigned portfolio
