Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Web3, crypto, fintech, or financial services environments
  • Strong understanding of crypto exchanges, wallets, custody solutions, DeFi, or related digital asset products
  • Proven experience in client acquisition, relationship management, or account management with high-value clients
  • Solid understanding of financial markets, derivatives, and risk-return concepts
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • KPI-driven mindset with the ability to work in a performance-oriented environment
  • Ability to work in high-pressure settings with frequent travel and client engagement requirements
  • Strong self-motivation, resilience, and ability to operate in uncertain and fast-changing environments
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, or related fields preferred
  • Ability to work fluently in English; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage

Responsibilities

  • Identify, acquire, and expand relationships with high-value clients through multiple channels including events, referrals, communities, and direct outreach
  • Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships, conducting regular reviews to understand trading behavior, capital allocation, and product needs
  • Own key performance indicators such as trading volume, assets under management, and revenue contribution for assigned client portfolios
  • Provide expert consultation on crypto and financial products including spot, derivatives, options, structured products, and yield solutions
  • Collaborate with product and operations teams to design customized solutions addressing client needs and pain points
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging product innovations to deliver actionable insights to clients and internal teams
  • Maintain a structured pipeline of prospects and ensure consistent follow-up and conversion tracking
  • Contribute market intelligence and client feedback to support strategic decision-making and product improvement
