Requirements

- Proficient in sourcing and headhunting skilled candidates.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial approach.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Expertise in niche sectors and non-IT recruitment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire recruitment process for Engineering and Leadership roles from start to finish.
- Identify and source top-tier candidates using LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, databases, and market mapping techniques.
- Perform candidate screening and initial evaluations.
- Manage candidate communication and coordination throughout the hiring stages.
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines for specialized and leadership positions.
- Foster strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience.
- Work closely with delivery managers and account teams to drive successful hiring outcomes.
- Participate in market research and talent mapping activities.
