Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience managing Google Ads and Meta/Instagram Ads campaigns.
  • Previous agency experience managing multiple client accounts.
  • Proven success generating leads for local businesses.
  • Strong understanding of paid media strategy, optimization, and performance reporting.
  • Experience working directly with clients and presenting campaign results.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly organized with strong project management abilities.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

  • Build, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Optimize Google Search, Performance Max, Local Services Ads, and Meta campaigns.
  • Monitor performance, conduct keyword research, audience targeting, budget allocation, and bid management.
  • Write compelling ad copy and contribute creative asset ideas.
  • Prepare and present monthly performance reports to clients.
  • Participate in client meetings to review strategy and results.
  • Collaborate with design and development teams to improve landing page performance.
  • Support funnel optimization and lead generation initiatives.
