Requirements
- 4+ years of experience managing Google Ads and Meta/Instagram Ads campaigns.
- Previous agency experience managing multiple client accounts.
- Proven success generating leads for local businesses.
- Strong understanding of paid media strategy, optimization, and performance reporting.
- Experience working directly with clients and presenting campaign results.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly organized with strong project management abilities.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Build, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Optimize Google Search, Performance Max, Local Services Ads, and Meta campaigns.
- Monitor performance, conduct keyword research, audience targeting, budget allocation, and bid management.
- Write compelling ad copy and contribute creative asset ideas.
- Prepare and present monthly performance reports to clients.
- Participate in client meetings to review strategy and results.
- Collaborate with design and development teams to improve landing page performance.
- Support funnel optimization and lead generation initiatives.
