Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in customer success, project management, or account management.
- Experience in the Ad-Tech/SaaS space preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced or ambiguous environment.
- Excellent time management skills for managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to analyze client data and drive cross-functional solutions.
- Strong creative problem-solving skills for system or process improvements.
- Proficiency with platforms such as Salesforce and ClickUp.
Responsibilities
- Form strategic relationships with key stakeholders to understand business objectives.
- Drive continued value of products and services as a strategic advisor.
- Support a renewal book of business and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Act as subject matter expert for Flipp and Shopfully products.
- Coordinate all stages of the production process including asset management.
- Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce risk.
- Synthesize data observations into actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal product teams to advocate for feature improvements.
