Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in customer success, project management, or account management.
  • Experience in the Ad-Tech/SaaS space preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced or ambiguous environment.
  • Excellent time management skills for managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to analyze client data and drive cross-functional solutions.
  • Strong creative problem-solving skills for system or process improvements.
  • Proficiency with platforms such as Salesforce and ClickUp.

Responsibilities

  • Form strategic relationships with key stakeholders to understand business objectives.
  • Drive continued value of products and services as a strategic advisor.
  • Support a renewal book of business and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Act as subject matter expert for Flipp and Shopfully products.
  • Coordinate all stages of the production process including asset management.
  • Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce risk.
  • Synthesize data observations into actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal product teams to advocate for feature improvements.
