Requirements
- 3–6 years in lifecycle, retention, CRM, or email/SMS marketing for a DTC brand.
- Hands-on expertise building flows and campaigns in Klaviyo.
- Experience in subscription or recurring-revenue business models.
- Familiarity with Recharge or a comparable subscription platform.
- Proven track record of improving LTV and reducing churn with measurable results.
- Strong skills in segmentation, A/B testing, and offer strategy.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Ability to consistently overlap with US Eastern Time business hours.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end email and SMS strategy, calendar, and execution in Klaviyo.
- Design and implement lifecycle flows including welcome, replenishment, renewal, and winback.
- Execute campaigns for new releases, newsletters, and subscription drops.
- Develop retention offers such as churn-deflection and loyalty rewards.
- Manage customer segmentation and personalization by behavior and churn risk.
- Collaborate on subscription dunning and mechanics using Recharge.
- Own and report on retention KPIs to drive LTV and reduce churn.
- Ensure email deliverability, sender reputation, and compliance.
