Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish, with professional English proficiency (minimum B2).
- 3+ years of experience in marketing execution, campaign management, or marketing operations.
- Strong experience in FX, fintech, or financial services industries (mandatory).
- Proven track record of managing multi-market campaigns and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and email marketing execution (HubSpot is a plus).
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Good understanding of LATAM markets, with Brazil-based experience preferred.
- Experience working in regulated environments such as fintech or financial services is a plus.
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end marketing campaigns across LATAM, aligning with global strategies and regional priorities.
- Coordinate multi-channel campaign delivery, including digital, social media, email, performance marketing, partnerships, and events.
- Plan and execute local activations such as events, sponsorships, partnerships, and promotional initiatives.
- Manage localization and adaptation of marketing materials in Portuguese and Spanish, ensuring brand consistency across markets.
- Support CRM campaign execution across onboarding, engagement, retention, and reactivation journeys.
- Oversee campaign operations including briefs, timelines, translations, approvals, compliance, and delivery tracking.
- Act as the main regional point of contact between global marketing teams and LATAM stakeholders.
- Identify process inefficiencies and contribute to improving campaign workflows and operational performance.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign execution and performance metrics to support decision-making.
