Responsibilities
- Own and manage end-to-end execution of UGC and creator marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with creative briefs.
- Source, vet, and onboard creators based on brand fit, campaign objectives, and performance expectations.
- Manage day-to-day communication with creators, including outreach, negotiation, follow-ups, and issue resolution.
- Coordinate closely with project managers and creative teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and adherence to timelines.
- Guide and support UGC Coordinators, delegating tasks and ensuring consistent execution quality across campaigns.
- Oversee operational tasks such as tracking deliverables, maintaining internal systems, and ensuring accurate creator payments and agreements.
