Requirements

  • 1-3 years of professional experience in HR, People Operations, recruiting coordination, operations, customer support, or administration.
  • Genuine interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources or People Operations.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams, cultures, and time zones.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Growth-oriented mindset and eagerness to learn new technologies and AI.
  • Comfort working with software platforms and systems.
  • Experience with HR systems is a plus (HiBob, Lattice preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Support onboarding activities for new team members.
  • Assist with offboarding processes and gather employee feedback.
  • Partner with teammates to ensure a positive employee lifecycle experience.
  • Support day-to-day HR operations and employee requests.
  • Identify and implement process improvements.
  • Build, test, and improve AI-powered workflows for HR operations.
  • Develop and update internal documentation and knowledge bases.
  • Maintain accurate employee records in systems like HiBob and Lattice.
  • Assist with compliance and reporting audits.
