Requirements
- 1-3 years of professional experience in HR, People Operations, recruiting coordination, operations, customer support, or administration.
- Genuine interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources or People Operations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate across teams, cultures, and time zones.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Growth-oriented mindset and eagerness to learn new technologies and AI.
- Comfort working with software platforms and systems.
- Experience with HR systems is a plus (HiBob, Lattice preferred).
Responsibilities
- Support onboarding activities for new team members.
- Assist with offboarding processes and gather employee feedback.
- Partner with teammates to ensure a positive employee lifecycle experience.
- Support day-to-day HR operations and employee requests.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
- Build, test, and improve AI-powered workflows for HR operations.
- Develop and update internal documentation and knowledge bases.
- Maintain accurate employee records in systems like HiBob and Lattice.
- Assist with compliance and reporting audits.
