Requirements
- 2-5 years/cycles in project management in electoral politics, progressive organizations, or non-profits
- Comfortable working with voter data and voter file tools
- Exceptional project management skills with proven ability to manage complex projects
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills with attention to detail, accuracy, and quality
- Comfortable with data, spreadsheets, and data-driven workflows
- Experience managing multiple contractors or vendors
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana and Google Suite
- Alignment with Movement Labs' mission and desire to build progressive power
Responsibilities
- Project manage experiments to ensure programs adhere to timelines
- Develop plans and timelines for novel interactions
- Track projects, flag potential delays, and manage priorities and resource use
- Collaborate with Program and Data teams to support implementation
- Evaluate and measure success goals on experiment projects
- Source creative content and work with partner organizations and messengers
- Manage external contractors to ensure delivery of campaign materials
- Propose innovative approaches based on experimental results
- Conduct research including scoping target universes and tracking legislation
- Synthesize analysis and draft presentations of experimental findings
