Requirements
- 1-3 years of professional experience in HR, People Operations, recruiting coordination, operations, customer support, administration, or a related field.
- Genuine interest in building a career in Human Resources or People Operations.
- Excitement about learning new systems, tools, and technologies, including AI.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build positive relationships and collaborate effectively across different teams, time zones, and cultures.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.
- Comfort learning and working with software platforms and systems.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools.
Responsibilities
- Support onboarding activities that help new team members feel welcomed, informed, and set up for success.
- Assist with offboarding processes and help gather employee feedback through exit interviews and surveys.
- Partner with teammates to ensure a positive experience throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Collaborate with our global People team to support day-to-day HR operations and employee requests.
- Help identify opportunities to improve processes and create more efficient ways of working.
- Participate in training focused on AI tools and AI agent development.
- Help build, test, maintain, and improve AI-powered workflows and employee support solutions.
- Develop and update documentation, guides, and resources that help employees navigate company programs and policies.
- Keep employee records accurate and up to date across HR systems such as HiBob and Lattice.
- Assist with maintaining compliance with employment laws, company policies, and internal processes.
