Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • MBA, CPA, or equivalent advanced financial qualification preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive finance experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
  • Experience working within technology, SaaS, fintech, blockchain, or high-growth industries is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, corporate finance, budgeting, forecasting, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proven expertise in financial analysis, modeling, strategic planning, and business performance management.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems, financial software platforms, advanced Excel, and reporting tools.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to manage, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex financial information into actionable business insights.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and experience collaborating with executives, investors, auditors, and external partners.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all financial operations, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial governance.
  • Lead the preparation and analysis of financial statements, management reports, and regulatory filings while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies that support organizational growth, profitability, and long-term business objectives.
  • Manage the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasting cycles, monitoring performance and recommending corrective actions when needed.
  • Deliver financial modeling, scenario planning, and strategic analysis to support key business initiatives and investment decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal control requirements.
  • Establish and maintain financial policies, procedures, and governance frameworks that promote operational excellence.
  • Partner with executive leadership to provide financial insights, business recommendations, and strategic guidance.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and professional growth.
  • Manage relationships with external auditors, investors, financial institutions, and other key stakeholders while presenting financial results and business performance updates.
