Requirements
- 7–10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or medical aesthetics sales
- 5+ years of sales leadership experience managing remote or geographically distributed teams
- Strong understanding of the Canadian medical aesthetics market, including injectables and physician-dispensed skincare
- Proven ability to build, coach, and scale high-performing sales teams
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets in competitive markets
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market trends and translate insights into strategy
- Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, or related field (MBA is an asset)
- Bilingualism (English/French) is considered a strong asset
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a national sales team to achieve and exceed revenue and growth targets across Canada
- Define and execute national sales strategies, territory plans, forecasting models, and business development initiatives
- Drive account expansion and customer acquisition across clinics, physicians, medical spas, and strategic healthcare partners
- Oversee sales performance management, ensuring accountability, coaching, and continuous improvement across the team
- Manage forecasting, budgeting, and sales analytics to support data-driven decision-making and resource optimization
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including KOLs, physician networks, and strategic accounts
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Training, and Operations to ensure alignment and execution of commercial initiatives
