Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Automotive or SaaS sales environments.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas and performance targets.
- Strong ability to manage complex sales cycles and engage with senior-level stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Structured and disciplined approach to consultative selling, including prospecting and closing techniques.
- High level of resilience, motivation, and ability to thrive in a competitive, target-driven environment.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce is an asset.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying, presenting, negotiating, and closing automotive software solutions within assigned accounts.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Drive new business acquisition while expanding relationships within existing customer portfolios.
- Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and sales activity tracking using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
- Apply structured, consultative selling methodologies aligned with business strategy to address customer needs.
- Collaborate closely with customer success, support, and internal product teams to ensure successful onboarding and satisfaction.
- Represent the organization in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations with stakeholders at all levels.
- Conduct regular market and account analysis to identify growth opportunities and competitive positioning.
- Ensure disciplined execution of sales processes and continuous improvement of sales effectiveness.
