Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in Automotive or SaaS sales environments.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas and performance targets.
  • Strong ability to manage complex sales cycles and engage with senior-level stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Structured and disciplined approach to consultative selling, including prospecting and closing techniques.
  • High level of resilience, motivation, and ability to thrive in a competitive, target-driven environment.
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce is an asset.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
  • Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying, presenting, negotiating, and closing automotive software solutions within assigned accounts.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Drive new business acquisition while expanding relationships within existing customer portfolios.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and sales activity tracking using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Apply structured, consultative selling methodologies aligned with business strategy to address customer needs.
  • Collaborate closely with customer success, support, and internal product teams to ensure successful onboarding and satisfaction.
  • Represent the organization in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Conduct regular market and account analysis to identify growth opportunities and competitive positioning.
  • Ensure disciplined execution of sales processes and continuous improvement of sales effectiveness.
