Requirements
- 10+ years of Salesforce experience with expertise in Revenue Cloud, CPQ, Billing, and Subscription Management.
- Proven track record of delivering full Quote-to-Cash implementations.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce CPQ configuration (product rules, pricing rules, quote templates).
- Experience designing subscription and usage-based billing models.
- Hands-on expertise with ERP integrations (NetSuite) using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware like MuleSoft or Boomi.
- Knowledge of revenue recognition standards (ASC 606, IFRS 15).
- Salesforce CPQ Specialist and Revenue Cloud Consultant certifications.
- Excellent communication and client-facing consulting skills.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate pricing, quoting, and billing requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Design end-to-end Quote-to-Cash architectures including data models and system documentation.
- Configure and implement Salesforce CPQ for pricing, discounting, and product configuration.
- Implement Salesforce Billing and Subscription Management including invoicing and revenue recognition.
- Design integrations with ERP systems, payment gateways, and middleware using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Lead automation development, approval workflows, and pricing logic.
- Provide solution governance, post-implementation optimization, and stakeholder training.
