Requirements

  • Proven experience in SaaS sales, enterprise software sales, or digital experience platform (DXP), CMS, martech, or search technology solutions.
  • Strong track record of managing and closing complex, consultative sales cycles in enterprise or mid-market environments.
  • Experience in prospecting and generating pipeline independently through outbound and strategic engagement.
  • Ability to confidently engage senior stakeholders and navigate multi-layered decision-making processes.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to position value-based solutions rather than feature-led selling.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Curiosity and interest in AI, digital transformation, customer experience, and emerging technologies.
  • Self-driven, accountable, and highly organized with a growth-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through negotiation, closing, and post-sale alignment.
  • Develop and execute outbound and inbound pipeline strategies to generate new business opportunities across target industries.
  • Engage and influence senior decision-makers, including executives in marketing, digital, IT, and transformation functions.
  • Deliver consultative, value-based selling of DXP, search, and content intelligence solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Manage complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, procurement processes, and solution evaluations.
  • Collaborate with marketing, pre-sales, and product teams to position offerings effectively and support deal progression.
  • Maintain a strong, well-qualified pipeline and accurately forecast sales performance using CRM tools.
  • Contribute insights and feedback to help shape go-to-market strategy and regional growth initiatives.
  • Build long-term client relationships focused on trust, expansion opportunities, and sustained value delivery.
