Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS growth marketing, demand generation, revenue marketing, or GTM operations roles.
- Proven experience driving pipeline generation outcomes, not just activity-based performance metrics.
- Strong understanding of inbound, outbound, ABM, nurture, and sales handoff motions.
- Experience working closely with Sales teams on account strategy, messaging, and pipeline expectations.
- Strong analytical skills with experience working in funnel metrics, conversion data, and CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Hands-on experience with GTM tools such as marketing automation platforms, sales engagement tools, intent data providers, or enrichment tools.
- Demonstrated ability to run experiments, iterate quickly, and apply data-driven insights to improve conversion rates.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to create clear performance reports, campaign briefs, and stakeholder updates.
- High ownership mindset with strong operational discipline and accountability across internal and external teams.
Responsibilities
- Own and optimize the performance of global pipeline generation partners, ensuring consistent delivery against targets for meetings, opportunities, and pipeline creation.
- Establish and manage operating cadences including weekly reviews, performance scorecards, SLAs, and quarterly planning across internal teams and external partners.
- Drive inbound and outbound pipeline generation programs in collaboration with Marketing and Sales, ensuring fast, high-quality follow-up and conversion.
- Build and refine outbound motions targeting priority accounts, personas, buying groups, and key use cases aligned with ICP strategy.
- Analyze funnel performance across segments, campaigns, and channels to identify conversion gaps and optimize messaging, targeting, and execution.
- Implement and test AI-driven tools, automation workflows, enrichment platforms, and intent data solutions to improve pipeline efficiency and personalization.
- Develop scalable feedback loops between Sales, Marketing, Product Marketing, and external partners to continuously improve GTM performance.
- Own reporting and performance analytics across all pipeline generation motions, including attribution, conversion rates, and pipeline quality metrics.
- Ensure alignment on messaging, ICP definition, and campaign priorities across all stakeholders and execution partners.
