Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in learning operations, enablement operations, program management, PMO leadership, or related disciplines
  • 3+ years of experience managing cross-functional learning, training, or content development programs in global environments
  • Strong expertise in building scalable operational frameworks, governance models, and standardized delivery processes
  • Proven project and program management skills, including experience implementing PMO methodologies and reporting structures
  • Experience working with LMS platforms, learning technologies, and digital content workflows
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills across global, cross-functional teams
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational discipline

Responsibilities

  • Lead the global University operations function, defining the operating model, governance framework, and end-to-end delivery processes
  • Own the program management office (PMO) structure, including planning, prioritization, resource allocation, and execution tracking across all initiatives
  • Develop scalable workflows for content production, certification programs, and learning asset lifecycle management
  • Establish and maintain SOPs, QA standards, and governance frameworks to ensure consistency, accuracy, and high-quality learner experiences
  • Oversee intake and prioritization of learning requests while aligning stakeholders across Sales, Customer Success, Partner, Product, and Support teams
  • Build executive-level reporting, dashboards, and analytics covering content performance, learner engagement, certification outcomes, and operational efficiency
  • Drive continuous improvement across University operations, reducing cycle times and improving scalability and delivery quality
