Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS growth, demand gen, or revenue marketing.
- Experience managing pipeline generation programs and external partnerships.
- Strong understanding of inbound/outbound prospecting, ABM, and nurture.
- Proven ability to manage toward revenue outcomes rather than just activity metrics.
- Experience partnering with Sales on account prioritization and qualification.
- Analytical proficiency with funnel metrics, conversion data, and pipeline attribution.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, and Gong.
- Track record of experimentation and data-driven iteration.
- Strong communication skills for writing briefs and executive summaries.
- High ownership and operational discipline.
Responsibilities
- Optimize performance of pipeline generation partners across regions and segments.
- Set and track KPIs including qualified meetings, opportunity creation, and conversion rates.
- Run weekly performance reviews, campaign standups, and SLA tracking.
- Manage inbound lead follow-up and design outbound account-based programs.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to align messaging and GTM strategies.
- Test and integrate AI, automation, and enrichment tools to improve productivity.
- Analyze conversion data by persona, account, and channel to iterate on campaigns.
- Own reporting on pipeline generation programs and provide executive updates.
