Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS growth, demand gen, or revenue marketing.
  • Experience managing pipeline generation programs and external partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of inbound/outbound prospecting, ABM, and nurture.
  • Proven ability to manage toward revenue outcomes rather than just activity metrics.
  • Experience partnering with Sales on account prioritization and qualification.
  • Analytical proficiency with funnel metrics, conversion data, and pipeline attribution.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, and Gong.
  • Track record of experimentation and data-driven iteration.
  • Strong communication skills for writing briefs and executive summaries.
  • High ownership and operational discipline.

Responsibilities

  • Optimize performance of pipeline generation partners across regions and segments.
  • Set and track KPIs including qualified meetings, opportunity creation, and conversion rates.
  • Run weekly performance reviews, campaign standups, and SLA tracking.
  • Manage inbound lead follow-up and design outbound account-based programs.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to align messaging and GTM strategies.
  • Test and integrate AI, automation, and enrichment tools to improve productivity.
  • Analyze conversion data by persona, account, and channel to iterate on campaigns.
  • Own reporting on pipeline generation programs and provide executive updates.
