Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in account management, customer success, partnership management, or similar client-facing roles.
- Experience working within healthcare, health plans, or health services organizations strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder relationships in a matrixed environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders internally and externally.
- Experience driving operational improvements, performance tracking, and reporting within business or healthcare settings.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and evolving environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow day-to-day relationships with health plan partners, ensuring alignment on service delivery, performance expectations, and partnership goals.
- Act as the voice of health plan partners internally, ensuring member satisfaction, operational performance, and strategic priorities are represented across teams.
- Support the development and execution of annual strategic account plans in collaboration with senior leadership.
- Oversee partnership performance reporting, delivering insights on trends, outcomes, and opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across product, operations, clinical, marketing, and reporting teams to drive partnership success.
- Lead preparation and execution of external partner meetings, including agenda creation, follow-ups, and action tracking.
- Identify and help resolve service delivery issues in collaboration with internal stakeholders and support escalation management when needed.
- Contribute to onboarding and implementation activities for new partnerships, ensuring smooth adoption of systems and processes.
