Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience
- Experience with healthcare operations, workforce management, or analytics products
- Experience with data analytics (PowerBI, Tableau) and querying languages (SQL)
- Prior leadership or supervisory/management experience
- Experience in implementations, process development, or product launches
- Strong understanding of QGenda products
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including c-suite experience
- Ability to manage employee workload across priorities
- Experience with SFDC reporting and compliance
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functionally to drive customer success across Insights
- Serve as a go-to resource for optimizing internal tools and processes
- Support the evolution of Insights processes and customer migration strategies
- Partner cross-functionally to assess impacts of reporting and visualization changes
- Serve as the primary point of contact for subordinates
- Act as a player-coach balancing leadership with customer-facing work
- Own additional customer-facing work and support activities
- Ensure team follows QGenda processes and meets milestones
- Provide ongoing oversight, mentorship, and direction to team members
- Influence organizational strategy through analytics trends and continuous improvement
