Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience
  • Experience with healthcare operations, workforce management, or analytics products
  • Experience with data analytics (PowerBI, Tableau) and querying languages (SQL)
  • Prior leadership or supervisory/management experience
  • Experience in implementations, process development, or product launches
  • Strong understanding of QGenda products
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including c-suite experience
  • Ability to manage employee workload across priorities
  • Experience with SFDC reporting and compliance

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functionally to drive customer success across Insights
  • Serve as a go-to resource for optimizing internal tools and processes
  • Support the evolution of Insights processes and customer migration strategies
  • Partner cross-functionally to assess impacts of reporting and visualization changes
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for subordinates
  • Act as a player-coach balancing leadership with customer-facing work
  • Own additional customer-facing work and support activities
  • Ensure team follows QGenda processes and meets milestones
  • Provide ongoing oversight, mentorship, and direction to team members
  • Influence organizational strategy through analytics trends and continuous improvement
