Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
- 3+ years in Product Management, sales process design, or business process optimization.
- Experience within SaaS or technology organizations.
- Hands-on experience applying AI/automation to improve sales workflows and decision-making.
- Deep understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and pre-sales enablement.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across sales, marketing, and technical organizations.
Responsibilities
- Identify and optimize end-to-end “Land” processes to reduce sales cycle time.
- Increase win and conversion rates and raise average selling price.
- Improve cross-functional collaboration across sales and support teams.
- Refine workflows and integrate tools while removing manual hand-offs.
- Recommend and implement best practices across discovery, proposal, negotiation, and closing.
- Gather insights from field, inside sales, channel, and renewals leaders to address operational needs.
