Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of experience in building/scaling production-grade enterprise applications.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience with LLM applications (prompt engineering, RAG).
- Proficiency in Python.
- Experience with SQL or NoSQL databases.
- Proficiency with low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Workato, UiPath).
- Experience with enterprise platforms (Workday, Slack, Salesforce).
- Experience with data warehouses (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery).
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain HR tech solutions to streamline workflows and improve data quality.
- Act as a key voice in roadmap planning and modeling strategy.
- Develop AI-powered tools and automations for core HR processes.
- Integrate people systems with core enterprise platforms like Workday, Slack, and Salesforce.
- Evaluate and implement emerging AI and automation technologies.
- Support end-users through documentation and training.
- Champion Samsara's cultural principles.
