Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work experience
- 8-10 years of experience in strategic sourcing & procurement or related experience
- Ability to operate independently and interact with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong influencing and escalation skills
- Analytical ability to interpret complex data for decision-making
- Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel)
- Experience with demand planning/forecasting
- Excellent client interfacing skills
Responsibilities
- Identify operational improvement opportunities across accounts and the vertical to drive operation efficiency.
- Lead transformation initiatives including payment terms optimization, procurement process redesign, and operating model improvements.
- Develop implementation roadmaps and ensure initiatives deliver measurable impact.
- Develop business cases with clear baseline and expected impact.
- Develop standardized playbooks for governance, category management operations, and sourcing workflows.
- Establish common operating practices across accounts.
- Lead change management efforts.
- Engage with client stakeholders to lead operational redesign initiatives.
