Requirements
- 2–5 years of accounting, finance, or fintech operations experience.
- Deep understanding of reconciliation, debits, and credits.
- Familiarity with K-1s, 1065s, and partnership tax structures.
- Experience managing external vendor relationships.
- Ability to build trackers and write SOPs independently.
- Active use of AI tools for workflow improvement.
- Experience working in a lean startup or high-ambiguity environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end K-1 project management and partnership tax returns.
- Manage relationship and milestones with third-party CPA firm.
- Process and reconcile club distributions against source records.
- Manage annual and franchise tax reports across multiple states.
- Respond to investor and club leader inquiries via Zendesk.
- Escalate platform bugs to Engineering team.
