Requirements
- Hands-on experience with cloud and cloud-native technologies, specifically Open Telekom Cloud or OpenStack.
- Proficiency in system design and architecture with ability to define end-to-end solutions.
- Solid understanding of Kubernetes patterns and components.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform).
- Experience with deployment tools (e.g., Helm).
- Familiarity with GitOps (ArgoCD/Flux) is a plus.
- Strong ability to explain complex technical concepts in workshops and writing.
- Fluency in German and English (at least C1 level).
Responsibilities
- Provide technical consulting for cloud planning and utilization.
- Conduct customer-facing troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Enablement and knowledge transfer through workshops and technical deep-dives.
- Develop reproducible reference setups and best practice patterns.
- Coordinate technical requirements with cloud provider partners.
- Create content such as blog articles, how-tos, and community contributions.
- Synthesize customer feedback and trends to influence product roadmap.
- Monitor technology trends and advise customers on relevant developments.
