Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with cloud and cloud-native technologies, specifically Open Telekom Cloud or OpenStack.
  • Proficiency in system design and architecture with ability to define end-to-end solutions.
  • Solid understanding of Kubernetes patterns and components.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform).
  • Experience with deployment tools (e.g., Helm).
  • Familiarity with GitOps (ArgoCD/Flux) is a plus.
  • Strong ability to explain complex technical concepts in workshops and writing.
  • Fluency in German and English (at least C1 level).

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical consulting for cloud planning and utilization.
  • Conduct customer-facing troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
  • Enablement and knowledge transfer through workshops and technical deep-dives.
  • Develop reproducible reference setups and best practice patterns.
  • Coordinate technical requirements with cloud provider partners.
  • Create content such as blog articles, how-tos, and community contributions.
  • Synthesize customer feedback and trends to influence product roadmap.
  • Monitor technology trends and advise customers on relevant developments.
