Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, appointment setting, lead nurturing, or closing roles
  • Previous hands-on experience using GoHighLevel (GHL)
  • Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, both written and spoken
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and handling objections
  • Experience working with CRMs and managing lead pipelines
  • Previous experience working remotely with U.S.-based clients
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English during the entire shift

Responsibilities

  • Reach out to inbound and aged leads who did not book a consultation
  • Follow up with no-show leads and re-engage potential clients
  • Schedule qualified appointments on the client’s calendar
  • Maintain consistent communication with prospects through calls, texts, and CRM workflows
  • Build trust with prospects through consultative conversations
  • Explain the client’s credit repair and funding services clearly
  • Handle objections confidently and nurture hesitant leads
  • Close qualified prospects and guide them through the enrollment process
  • Manage and update lead information inside GoHighLevel
  • Support workflow organization and ensure leads are properly tracked
