Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in sales, appointment setting, lead nurturing, or closing roles
- Previous hands-on experience using GoHighLevel (GHL)
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, both written and spoken
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable making outbound calls and handling objections
- Experience working with CRMs and managing lead pipelines
- Previous experience working remotely with U.S.-based clients
- Ability to communicate fluently in English during the entire shift
Responsibilities
- Reach out to inbound and aged leads who did not book a consultation
- Follow up with no-show leads and re-engage potential clients
- Schedule qualified appointments on the client’s calendar
- Maintain consistent communication with prospects through calls, texts, and CRM workflows
- Build trust with prospects through consultative conversations
- Explain the client’s credit repair and funding services clearly
- Handle objections confidently and nurture hesitant leads
- Close qualified prospects and guide them through the enrollment process
- Manage and update lead information inside GoHighLevel
- Support workflow organization and ensure leads are properly tracked
