Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in payroll processing and administrative support.
  • Experience handling payroll software.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Familiarity with payroll regulations, statutory requirements, and employment administration.
  • Knowledge of Singapore Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong numerical and analytical abilities.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Process monthly payroll accurately and on time for employees and external staff.
  • Maintain and reconcile employee timekeeping and attendance records.
  • Input and update employee information including new hires, terminations, and salary adjustments.
  • Review and approve medical claims, leave records, and payroll transactions.
  • Prepare employment contracts, renewals, and amendments.
  • Maintain accurate employee personnel files and records.
  • Coordinate employee training courses and medical check-ups.
  • Prepare and submit monthly waiver of levy applications and employment-related submissions.
