Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in payroll processing and administrative support.
- Experience handling payroll software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with payroll regulations, statutory requirements, and employment administration.
- Knowledge of Singapore Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong numerical and analytical abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time for employees and external staff.
- Maintain and reconcile employee timekeeping and attendance records.
- Input and update employee information including new hires, terminations, and salary adjustments.
- Review and approve medical claims, leave records, and payroll transactions.
- Prepare employment contracts, renewals, and amendments.
- Maintain accurate employee personnel files and records.
- Coordinate employee training courses and medical check-ups.
- Prepare and submit monthly waiver of levy applications and employment-related submissions.
